Vic is a volunteer Board Member for PSW. He is a recently retired attorney where he was a Partner and spent 50 years concentrating in construction law. Vic was a founding board member of KARIS inc. a Christian nonprofit focused on local and global development and served on the Board of The Lamb Center, a daytime homeless drop-in facility in the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
Vic has been in grass roots of jail ministry for 45 years. He is currently a board member, Director of Mentoring and Bible Study Leader for Loudoun Christian Justice Mission (LCJM) for the past 18+ years. LCJM serves a local county jail in Virginia, delivering about 20 bible studies a week, as well as Mentoring & Aftercare programs. Vic loves jail ministry because Inmates are hungry for God. “We should all be so desperately in need of a Savior. There is something that comes alive in me when I am engaged in jail ministry. I feel God’s grace for it. Maybe the most satisfying – and frustrating thing I have ever tried.”
Vic has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Villanova University and JD from American University .
