Roy Moussalli is a volunteer PSW Regional Advisor for Middle East and North Africa (MENA). He lives in Beirut, Lebanon and is the Regional Director for Prison Fellowship International supporting National Ministries in MENA. Roy is the founder and executive director of the Syrian Society for Social Development, a Syria-based, non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 2009 to focus on disadvantaged youth and communities displaced by conflict. He brings 38+ years of experience working with nonprofit ministries in 25+ countries worldwide.
Roy specializes in the areas of restorative justice, strategic management and ministry in a minority context. Roy is also an expert trainer in a restorative justice program, the “Sycamore Tree Project: Justice and Peace®: Justice and Peace” (STP).
Roy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and an International Diploma of Restorative Justice from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada. Roy also holds a professional certificate in Strategic Management of Non-Government Organizations from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
