John Grantham is the Founder and current President of PSW. He brings over 18 years of volunteer experience leading prison ministry programs and more than three decades of executive management and leadership experience, including Director of Prison Programs with Prison Fellowship International. His passion is to bring hope and transformational change to prisoners through the Gospel.
John is also the current Board Chair of the Virginia-based Loudoun Christian Justice Mission, where he guided 300% organizational growth in a four-year period. During his 18 years with the Ministry he has lead Bibles Studies, Mentored prisoners, and was the Jail Chaplain for four years. He holds numerous professional certifications, including Christian Ministry, Monitoring & Evaluation for Nonprofit, Data-Driven Decision Making and Leading the Modern-Day Business, and is currently pursuing a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. John is also an ordained and licensed Senior Chaplain.
John received a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Richmond, The American International University in London and later attended Hebron Ministerial Institute in Guatemala. John is married with two adult children and enjoys all things outdoors, including camping, hiking, mountain biking and kayaking.
